We’ll also ask about your time zone and preferred meeting times. A HOLO HLTH Coach will be in touch within 24 hours to schedule your consultation call.
2. Spend 30 minutes with a certified Coach discussing your true health prescription and the next steps needed to reach your goals. Ask questions and receive real-time feedback and suggestions.
3. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a call summary. It will include your action items and resources mentioned.
