The Tension We're Living In...
Jesus followers are facing two problems today:
#1 — "Getting healthy" is physical only.
Health programs help you lose weight & get fit, but stop there. They have nothing to help with stress, purpose, or abundance in Christ. You may feel stronger on the outside, but tired, anxious, and disconnected on the inside.
#2 – "Being a Christian" is spiritual only.
The Christian life has been reduced to believing the right things to "get to heaven," with little guidance for how faith shapes everyday habits - how we rest, move, eat, work, and care for our health.
Jesus never separated these things.
He said, "Love God with all your heart, soul, mind & strength," or in other words ... every part of you.

We need a version of health, anchored in Jesus, that encompasses every part: body, mind & soul.
