Becoming truly healthy does not start with health. Or you. It starts with God. Why? Because everything downstream flows from your view of God. If you have a false view of God, this will impact your pursuit of health.
We help people understand that their pursuit of health is not about them, but about Him. That it's a means to an end ... not to look better (which is a positive bonus) but to love better.
Step #2 – The Correct Understanding of You
Truly healthy people do not get healthy for their identity, but from their identity. There is a big difference. Many people place health as part of their identity. Instead, we help people live out their God-given identity first, and pursue health as an expression of a solid identity in Christ.
Step #3 – The Correct Understanding of Health
What is health? Like, really? What's the it you want? Because if you cannot define it, you will struggle pursuing it. We rise and fall on the level of our definitions. This is why we walk you through over 18 common misunderstandings of health (that are holding you back) and help craft a new definition of health ... true health.
We help you redefine your definition with the 9 Correct Understandings of Health:
- Health is holistic (physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally, spiritually)
- Health is a stewardship (1 Corinthians 6)

Hey, I'm Alex.
(Founder of HOLO HLTH)
With 12+ years in the health field, my personal mission is to help people become healthy in every area of their life.
With a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a Masters in Christian Leadership (MACL, EP-C, CF-L1 & CF-L2), I have spent many hours researching health in different sectors to help you finally become truly healthy. I've written 3 books about true health & own a brick-and-morter gym in Georgia as well.
In addition to creating content for HOLO HLTH, I get the privilege to be the husband to Hannah and the father of Andi, Crew & Emma.
Hey, I'm Trevor.
(Co-Owner of HOLO HLTH)
For nearly all my life, I thought how I looked or felt about my body determined my health. Over the last several years, the Lord showed me that health is so much bigger and better than what culture leads us to believe. One of my callings is to help others experience the truly healthy life Jesus offers in John 10:10. And that's why I am here at HOLO HLTH.
During my 8 years in the industry, I have acquired my Bachelors in Sport Management, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate, Working Against Gravity Nutrition Certification, and have helped hundreds of people pursue greater levels of health.
Outside of HOLO HLTH, I am lucky to be married to my wife Erin, enjoy moving often, and am a sucker for a good cup of coffee.
