VISION (a quick note from Alex)
I love the local church.
It has changed my life. I quit my old job, uprooted my family & moved states for the local church. It is everything to me.
One thing the church has taught me is following Jesus means following Him with all of me (body, mind & soul). Not just part of me.
Here’s the problem: following Jesus has been reduced to a mental practice only. A belief system; a private, therapeutic, internal exercise; only impacting the mind.
But Jesus told us to “Love God with all your heart, soul, mind & strength.” Or in other words: every part of us.
So how do we actually do this?
This is where we come in.
We help your church pursue true health, which is aligning every area with God’s design of health: physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally & spiritually.
We are redefining health to “love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind & strength” so that we can “love our neighbor as ourself.”
This is the main reason. The motivation. We increase levels of health to love others better. Because a healthier you leads to a more loving you. “So the world may know we are followers of Jesus by the way we love one another.” One of our core pillars is health is a means to an end: to love others better. It’s not to become the healthiest self, it’s to become a more accurate representation of Jesus.
Our 4-week program called The True Health Program is the solution.
CONTENT OVERVIEW
The True Health Program is 4 weeks long.
The content is centered around redefining health through the 9 Correct Understandings of Health:
- Health is holistic (physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally, spiritually)
- Health is a stewardship (1 Corinthians 6)
- Health is freedom (increased ability to do what God is calling you to do)
- Health is an alignment with God's design (body, mind, soul)
- Health is a means to an end (to love others better)
- Health is a spectrum (ranging from season to season)
- Health is a tension to manage (not a problem to solve)
- Health is sustainable (something you maintain in every season)
- Health is your holistic pursuit towards Jesus (Jesus is the perfection of health)
The program concludes with introducing the 7 Habits of Health: the practical application of pursuing true health:
- Habit #1: Sleep Well – consistently getting 7-9 hours of sleep every night
- Habit #2: Eat Clean – prioritizing whole / real / clean foods 80+% of the time
- Habit #3: Move Often – getting 8k+ steps each day
- Habit #4: Increase Clarity – revealing your inner atmosphere through self-awareness
- Habit #5: Decrease Stress – minimizing anxiety and maximizing peace
- Habit #6: Cultivate Community – surrounding yourself with like-minded, same valued people
- Habit #7: Embrace Purpose – using your health to serve & love others better

We unpack how health is freedom, how health is an alignment with God’s design, and what God’s design actually is. We take a look at God’s design for the body, mind & soul, and how each area impacts our overall health.

- The win = eat 1 meal consisting of whole/clean/real foods each day
SESSION 3 - THE SAME PURSUIT

We explain how your health and your faith are connected. We cover how your pursuit towards a truly healthy life is the same pursuit towards Jesus, the full embodiment of true health.

SESSION 4 - THE 7 HABITS OF HEALTH

We provide a simple & clear framework on how to live a truly healthy life – and it’s found in The 7 Habits of Health. These are the 7 basic habits that anyone in any season of life, or any level of health, can incorporate into their day-to-day to live a truly healthy life

- Members will take an assessment to measure each area of health, write a letter to themselves to inspire themselves & build a sustainable plan moving forward

How much does it cost?
$39.99 per person. If your church would like to cover partial / full cost for your members / staff, please reach out to Trevor at [email protected].
Is this to be done individually or with a group?
Whatever you prefer, both work! If you do it with a group, we recommend you watch each session's video together, then work through the questions & homework after.
Can this be done in-person and/or digitally?
Either! Similar to the dynamics of an in-person small group vs digital small group, the True Health Program can be adapted for your specific demands.
Do I need to workout / exercise during the program?
No! There are no workout / exercise requirements in this program. Members will be encouraged to be physically active / get steps in during this program though!
How much time do I need?
We recommend allocating 60 minutes each week.
Do I need to be in-shape?
Absolutely not! This is not a workout regimen or diet plan (in fact, neither of these are included in this program). This is lecture-based teaching series to help you change (improve) your definition of health in order to be better stewards.
